Every September, we host a special Heritage Month Celebration to honour our community's rich cultural diversity. The event features music, food, cultural performances, and storytelling from various traditions, with each dish representing a different culture within our community. This year’s celebration will take place on Saturday, 27 September, venue to be confirmed. Hello Zwibodo community, We’re excited to confirm the dates for our 2nd Annual Zwibodo Camping Weekend! When: Arrive Friday, 5 December (afternoon) → Depart Sunday, 7 December (morning) Where: Final venue to be announced Monday, 25 August — it’ll be within 2 hours of Cape Town, with hot showers and plenty of outdoor activities. What’s included: Your package price will cover all meals (Fri dinner; Sat breakfast, lunch & dinner; Sun breakfast) and the campsite booking fee. Packages (3 options): BYO Solo — Bring your own tent/sleep kit. Gear-Included Solo — We provide a tent, mattress, and sleeping bag. (Discount if you bring your own blanket instead of our sleeping bag.) Gear-Included Duo — 1 tent + 2 mattresses + 2 sleeping bags for two people. (Discount if you both bring your own blankets.) Limited spaces: 15–30 campers only. How to secure your spot: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your place; we will let you know when this is payable. We recommend paying by Friday, 5 September. Payment plan: Settle the balance in three instalments — end of September, end of October, and end of November.
